HAPPY WEEKEND!

I am so excited for the weekend. I have a baby shower and two kiddo birthday parties to go to. Should be fun! For those of you who don't know, I lived in Argentina for a year and a half several years ago and one of my favorite things was the smell of the trees in spring. I could never find the source though. For some reason I was always looking for something with purple flowers. Anywho, lately Hoboken and parts of Manhattan have been overcome with the same exact heavenly scent! I literally will stand on our front stoop and just breathe. I sniffed my way around town and finally found the tree. But I have no idea what type of tree it is. Any of you happen to know? Also, do yourself a favor and if you see this tree, run up to it and inhale. Deeply.
