There's been a lot of goofing around these parts. For some reason, when Elliott does this with his shirt, it both creeps me out and makes me laugh hysterically. This weekend I feel like I have scored the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I get to go to Ikea...child-less! It's not that I am in love with Ikea, just being able to go anywhere without Elliott feels like a huge prize. And of course, I will miss him the whole time. Whatever you do this weekend I hope it's a happy one for you! Oh, and Happy St. Patrick's Day!

AROUND HERE

This weekend: Didn't go exactly as planned. But does it ever? I started and finished a book (it was hilarious, shocking and inspiring), Elliott was sick for 1.5 days, and the potted flowers I got from Preston last weekend are still alive (a new record for me!) It was a bitter sweet few days. We also watched a documentary, tried a new recipe and loved them both! Hope you had a fantastic weekend!

Good news! I have a phone again! Sure, it's a hand-me-down with a cracked screen that doesn't function some of the time (the screen, that is), but it's a phone! It's kind of crazy how many pictures I took with our actual camera instead of instagraming things. I love instagram, but sometimes you need to take out the camera and go. Hopefully I don't get back into the instagram only habit (like I did in the picture above). What are your plans this weekend? HAPPY WEEKEND!

Well, my mom went home last night and we're a bit sat around these parts. Elliott is having some serious withdrawals. Hopefully she'll be back soon! What are you up to this weekend? Have any plans?
